These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ARBT Engineering Services, including 3D Drawing, GA Drawing, and Shop Drawing. By creating a project, purchasing credits, or using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Scope of Services

ARBT Engineering Services offers design and drafting services limited to 3D Drawing, GA Drawing, and Shop Drawing. All deliverables are prepared based on the requirements, instructions, and reference materials provided by the client.

Project Creation

Clients may create a project by submitting their request, drawings, sketches, dimensions, or other relevant inputs. Work will commence only after the requirements are reviewed and confirmed.

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete project information. Any delays or errors resulting from missing or incorrect inputs are not the responsibility of ARBT Engineering Services.

Service Execution

Our engineers will work strictly based on the client’s request and instructions. Any modifications or additional requirements after completion may be treated as a new service and may require additional credits.

Credit Purchase System

Our services operate on a credit-based payment model.

• Clients must purchase credits before creating or starting a project.
• Purchased credits are added to the client’s wallet.
• Credits are not deducted instantly.
• Credits will be deducted only after all services are completed and delivered.
• The final deduction reflects the total credits required for the completed project.

Wallet Balance Requirement

Clients must maintain sufficient credit balance to cover the estimated cost. If the wallet balance is insufficient at the time of deduction, additional credits must be purchased before final files are released.

Delivery of Work

Deliverables will be shared digitally. Once delivered, the service is considered complete unless issues are reported within a reasonable timeframe. Approval or usage of files is deemed acceptance.

Refund and Credit Policy

• Purchased credits are non-refundable.
• Credits can only be used for ARBT services.
• Unused credits remain in the wallet for future use.

Intellectual Property

Final deliverables become the client’s property once the credit deduction is completed. However, ARBT Engineering Services may retain copies for internal reference and legal purposes.

Confidentiality

All project-related information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with unauthorized parties, except as required for service delivery or legal compliance.

Limitation of Liability

ARBT Engineering Services is not responsible for construction errors, fabrication issues, or misuse of drawings. Our deliverables are technical documents intended for use by qualified professionals.

Termination

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if the client provides misleading information, violates these terms, or lacks sufficient wallet credits.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating a project, purchasing credits, or using our services, the client confirms their agreement to these Terms & Conditions.
